This winter I will be partnering with @Troy-Bilt to keep summer going in my garden and in my kitchen.

The minute it starts getting cold, the first thing I want to do is go inside! But this fall and winter, we aren't going to do that! I've teamed up with Troy-Bilt and we are going to blow off winter by getting outside and doing some outdoor projects.

Thanks to my partnership with Troy-Bilt, I am able to trick my plants into thinking that it isn't that cold outside. Shredded leaves help to insulate the roots of the plant and then eventually decompose into compost.

You know what makes me happy? Being active! Getting stuff done! Doing DIY makeovers! Making ugly things pretty! No matter whether it’s indoors…or outdoors.

Since my vegetables were able to make it through the harsh cold (thanks to my partnership with @troybiltofficial and my chipper shredder making that awesome insulating mulch), tonight I’m making a summer-inspired dinner using my winter veggies.

Time for another summer dinner in the middle of winter because of my partnership with Troy-Bilt! I’m using cabbage, carrots, and radishes in tonight’s meal.

My partnership with @troybiltofficial this winter was a huge success! The chipper-shredder allowed me to have a leaf insulation blanket that kept all of my winter vegetables warm enough for me to harvest them well into January for the first time ever. With my vegetables I created two summer-inspired dishes that were not only delicious but allowed me to dream of warmer days.

For the past 2 months, I've been creating a seated garden area in that weedy area behind my "she shed", along with prepping my vegetable garden for spring! I teamed up with @TroyBilt to use some of their awesome tools, such as the pole saw and brush cutter attachment, to tackle all the weeds and dead branches in those areas.
